DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICE

Preparation of various subpoenas and legal documents such as:

Deposition subpoenas for production of business records (State of California, U.S. District, and U.S. Bankruptcy court jurisdictions),
-
Civil subpoenas for personal appearance and production of documents etc. at trial or hearing,
-
Notice to consumers/other parties with proof of services,
-
Governmental/Public entity records request such as Dept of Industrial Relations (DIR) and Workers Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) public records act forms,
-
Patient/Employee/Consumer authorizations.

The Records Depot process entails:
​
1.) Extensive preliminary research to help the ordering party avoid unnecessary delays and costs, as well
as identifying unanticipated tasks.
​
2.) Preparation of documents, notification to other parties, and functioning as the registered and bonded
Professional Photocopier and Deposition Officer.
​
3.) Executing service of the legal document process upon the custodian of records/entities.
​
4.) Steady and calendared communication with the custodian of records to ensure they are aware of the
release date. This also enables the ordering party with being alerted on any unforeseen delays.
​
5.) Onsite/mobile photocopying, scanning, and duplication of records and documents, including
radiographic/diagnostic film images and Electronically Stored Information (ESI).

6.) Customized printing, presentation, and packaging services, such as page labels and numbers, optical character recognition (OCR), etc.
